I offer full-spectrum doula support designed to nurture, educate, and empower you throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the early postpartum period. My services include prenatal visits focused on birth education, comfort measures, and birth plan guidance; continuous, hands-on support during labor and delivery beginning at 37 weeks on-call; and postpartum visits to support recovery, emotional well-being, and newborn care. I provide calm, compassionate advocacy and physical support for both medicated and unmedicated births, always honoring your preferences and creating a safe, judgment-free space where you feel supported, informed, and confident in your birth experience.
