As a doula, I provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support—meeting you where you are and honoring your birth preferences. Whether you’re planning a medicated birth, an unmedicated birth, or something in between, my role is to help you feel confident, calm, and empowered every step of the way. I am committed to creating a safe, judgment-free space where your voice matters. From pregnancy education and comfort measures to labor support and postpartum care, I walk alongside you with compassion, encouragement, and unwavering support. Birth & Postpartum Doula services

I offer full-spectrum doula support designed to nurture, educate, and empower you throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the early postpartum period. My services include prenatal visits focused on birth education, comfort measures, and birth plan guidance; continuous, hands-on support during labor and delivery beginning at 37 weeks on-call; and postpartum visits to support recovery, emotional well-being, and newborn care. I provide calm, compassionate advocacy and physical support for both medicated and unmedicated births, always honoring your preferences and creating a safe, judgment-free space where you feel supported, informed, and confident in your birth experience.
