Hi, my name is Teresa Magana, a full-spectrum bilingual (Spanish) doula dedicated to supporting mothers and families through the sacred journey of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. As a mother of ten, I bring both deep personal experience and professional training to the families I serve. My goal is to walk alongside you with compassion, knowledge, and unwavering support so you feel empowered, informed, and truly cared for every step of the way. With over 20 years of experience as a financial coach, educator, and counselor, I understand that supporting a family goes beyond birth alone. I believe every mother deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported, and it is an honor to help guide families through this beautiful new chapter of life. My approach is rooted in holistic care and personalized support. I take the time to genuinely get to know each family, meeting you where you are and helping you envision the birth and postpartum experience you desire. Through education, advocacy, and compassionate guidance, I help you explore all of your options so you can make confident, informed decisions for yourself and your baby.
