This agency made my experience for first time birth absolutely amazing. If you are looking to be heard and listened to while being able to still be in control of your own choices this is the agency you should go through! -ask to have Alyssa!!

I couldn’t have asked for a better agency to pair with for my birth and postpartum experiences. Taylor was my birth doula and she was absolutely fantastic, supportive, and knowledgeable. She helped me stick to my birth plan as much as possible and offered a lot of advice and support throughout the whole process. As a first time mom this was much appreciated!! I also utilized Naomi for postpartum support. She came and stayed overnight to help take care of my sweet little baby to allow me to get much needed sleep! Not only that but Renee is willing to work with me as a lactation consultant and navigate arguably one of the hardest parts of postpartum - breastfeeding! I 1000% recommend utilizing Hope’s Embrace. They are supportive, knowledgeable, and devoted.

Hope’s Embrace helped me 2 years ago to get a doula through financial aid when I had lower income. They do so many great things for mothers in communities across KY. I just completed my training to be a doula myself through them and I’m excited for the journey ahead!

My birth went…nothing like I wanted. But the one thing I could control that worked in my favor was having a doula! And I am so thankful it was Renee. We saw so much during my 51, yes 51, hours of labor and Renee stood by my side for all of them! She answered all of my questions through each new problem that posed itself, especially when hospital lingo and protocol felt too over my head. Also her hip squeeze could put anyone’s to shame 😝 and was probably more effective than the epidural I ended up with that I didn’t want! We are so thankful for hopes embrace. What they provide for women in Kentucky is invaluable.

Renee was a fantastic support through 2 of my pregnancies! Invaluable resource!

My 5 day old was a few weeks early and was refusing to latch. I was close to giving up breastfeeding all together and just switching to pumping. A friend recommended Renee as a lactation consultant. Renee did a home visit the very next day after contacting her. After ONE visit my baby has had no issues latching and we’re exclusively breastfeeding. Renee also checked back in on us that same evening and the next day to make sure we were still being successful. I could not be more thankful for her help!

Renee’s calm presents was an asset to my birth team and helped create the atmosphere and experience I hoped to have at the birth of my 3rd child. From puke buckets to holding space, she did whatever necessary to help me during a vulnerable time. I have to regrets hiring her and would do so again in the future.
