Hello Families! My name is Tiana. I am a postpartum doula providing overnight infant care and newborn care specialist with over 7+ years of child care experience. I’m so thankful to do the work that I do because it’s such an innate ability to care for others. Being of service to women and children is my greatest passion. I love to be the calm in the storm, weather it be getting through the day with the littles or tackling the big feelings our body demands after going through the biggest transition of a woman’s life, I am here to help. Outside of this work I enjoy meditation, reading, being in nature and spending time with my family whom I cherish so much. Best of luck on finding your perfect doula. Overnight Postpartum Doula & Newborn Care Rest for you. Loving care for your baby. Peace of mind throughout the night. My overnight care is designed to give new parents the uninterrupted rest they need while ensuring their newborn is lovingly cared for throughout the night. As a postpartum doula and Newborn Care Specialist, I provide attentive, hands-on newborn care while supporting the physical and emotional needs of the postpartum parent. Overnight Care Includes • Newborn feeding support — breast, bottle, and paced feeding • Diapering, burping, and soothing • Safe sleep support and establishing healthy nighttime routines • Bottle preparation, washing, and sanitizing • Tracking overnight feeds, diapers, and sleep • Gentle newborn settling and resettling • Supporting pumping and bringing baby to/from the parent for feeds • Assistance with breastfeeding positioning and comfort • Light baby-related household tasks • Nursery organization and resetting baby’s space • Postpartum comfort and emotional support • Helping parents maximize their uninterrupted sleep • Overnight newborn monitoring and attentive care while parents rest My goal is simple, you wake up rested, reassured, and confident knowing your baby was cared for with the same warmth and attention you would provide yourself.
