About me

Hello, my name is Tiera. I am a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and a trained Birth/Postpartum doula dedicated to providing compassionate, respectful, and personalized care to new parents and their families during the postpartum period. As a CNA, I have experience providing hands-on care, promoting comfort, and supporting individuals with their daily needs. As a postpartum doula, I combine those caregiving skills with emotional support, newborn care education, practical household assistance, and evidence-based guidance to help families transition confidently into life with a new baby. I believe every family deserves to feel supported, informed, and empowered. My goal is to create a calm, nurturing environment while respecting each family's values, culture, and parenting choices. It is an honor to walk alongside families during this special time, and I look forward to helping parents feel confident, cared for, and supported every step of the way.

Hello and congratulations on your growing family! 💕 Thank you for considering me to support you during this special time. My name is Tiera, and I’m a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and a trained Birt/postpartum doula. I provide a range of services tailored to new parents, including newborn care guidance, breastfeeding support, and emotional reassurance during the postpartum period. I also help with light household tasks, baby soothing techniques, and sibling adjustment, so you can rest and bond as a family. My rates are: • Daytime postpartum support: $45/hour (4-hour minimum) • Overnight postpartum support: $55/hour (12-hour minimum) I’d love to learn more about your family’s needs and how I can best support you.
