About Jerica
I am a Full Spectrum Doula supporting individuals and families during their pregnancy, birth, fertility, and the postpartum journey with care, education, and encouragement. I also am a specialize in working with individuals healing from traumatic pasts. With more than a decade of experience supporting families through healthcare, education and nonprofits systems, I provide support that fits each family’s needs and create a safe space where parents feel heard, respected, and cared for. I believe every family deserves support and a strong village at all parts of their pregnancy journey, birth, and beyond. I am honored to walk alongside families as they grow and welcome new life. On a personal note, I enjoy writing, gardening, traveling, and spending time with my family as a proud mother of two girls.
Birth & Postpartum Doula packages and pricing
Postpartum Care Package
- This package includes:
- Support during recovery
- Newborn care and education
- Assistance with light cleaning and errands
- Community resource support as needed
- And other individual needs available upon consultation
- **Minimum 4 hours booked. Must be used in at least 2 hour increments***
Last Minute Birth Support
Didn't think you needed a doula, but now you do? I am available for continuous labor and birth support during the time of your birth where I can assist with advocating, providing emotional support, and aide as your birth journey progresses and so you don't have to do it alone! When in person, I will remain onsite through the golden hour to help with your transition of delivery to holding your baby. ***for 36 weeks+***
The WHOLE deal Care Package
This package includes: Everything in the Full Pregnancy Care Package Plus upto 10 hours of postpartum support that can be done in 2 or more hour segments within the first 6 months of birth
Full Pregnancy Care Package
- This package includes:
- 1:1 parent education
- 2-4 prenatal visits (in-person or virtual depending on your preference)
- Hands on assistance with hospital preparation
- Continuous labor and birth support during delivery
- A postpartum care plan
- 1 postpartum follow-up
Partial Pregnancy Care Package
- This package includes:
- Customized 1:1 parent education
- 2 prenatal visits (in-person or virtual depending on your preference)
- Hands on assistance with hospital preparation
- A postpartum care plan
- 1 postpartum follow-up
Pay as You Go Pregnancy Visits
This is a non-committal package. This is a single visit to address needs based on where you are in pregnancy and what your needs are. This
Fertility Support Care Package
This package includes: Preconception education Emotional support during conception Preparation and planning for pregnancy Early pregnancy support ***Because each journey is different, this package is set to 3 months period. If your journey is shorter, we can discuss transitioning to a different package. If your journey is longer, we can discuss extending this package. ***
Monthly Pregnancy Care Package
- This package includes:
- 1:1 parent education
- Monthly prenatal visits (in-person or virtual depending on your preference)
- Hands on assistance with hospital preparation
- Continuous labor and birth support during delivery
- A postpartum care plan
