About me

I am a Full Spectrum Doula supporting individuals and families during their pregnancy, birth, fertility, and the postpartum journey with care, education, and encouragement. I also am a specialize in working with individuals healing from traumatic pasts. With more than a decade of experience supporting families through healthcare, education and nonprofits systems, I provide support that fits each family’s needs and create a safe space where parents feel heard, respected, and cared for. I believe every family deserves support and a strong village at all parts of their pregnancy journey, birth, and beyond. I am honored to walk alongside families as they grow and welcome new life. On a personal note, I enjoy writing, gardening, traveling, and spending time with my family as a proud mother of two girls.

I am a full spectrum doula, which means I can support your through your pregnancy journey and beyond. I offer doula support for pregnancy and postpartum.

Packages

Postpartum Care Package

This package includes: Support during recovery Newborn care and education Assistance with light cleaning and errands Community resource support as needed And other individual needs available upon consultation ***Minimum 4 hours booked. Must be used in at least 2 hour increments***

Last Minute Birth Support

Didn't think you needed a doula, but now you do? I am available for continuous labor and birth support during the time of your birth where I can assist with advocating, providing emotional support, and aide as your birth journey progresses and so you don't have to do it alone! When in person, I will remain onsite through the golden hour to help with your transition of delivery to holding your baby. ***for 36 weeks+***
