Hello! My name is Tierra , and I’m a 20-year-old black doula passionate about supporting families during one of the most transformative times in their lives. I believe in the power of connection, education, and empowerment, and I’m dedicated to providing emotional, physical, and informational support to birthing individuals and their loved ones. As a doula, I aim to create a safe and nurturing environment where families can feel confident and informed about their choices. I’m committed to advocating for diverse voices in birth and promoting holistic practices that honor cultural traditions. Outside of my doula work, I enjoy reading, and singing, which help me stay grounded and inspired. I’m excited to be part of this journey with families, helping them navigate their unique paths to parenthood!

• 4 prenatal visit to discuss goals/options and prepare for birth • Unlimited access via call or text • Mental check ins and exercises • On-call services 'round the clock from 38 weeks until the birth of your baby • Continuous labor support, from early labor through the birth of your baby • Up to 12 hours of in-person labor support [additional hours beyond 12 will be billed at the hourly rate of $60/hour] • Post partum check-in 4 and 12 weeks in • 1 postpartum visit/support within 8 weeks(miles and distance fee not included)
