What’s Included: • Full overnight care for your newborn (or twins) • Feeding support — bottle preparation or bringing baby for nursing • Diaper changes and soothing baby back to sleep • Monitoring and logging sleep, feeding, and diaper patterns • Gentle sleep conditioning to encourage healthy sleep habits • Burping, swaddling, and maintaining a calm nighttime environment • Light nursery organization and bottle cleaning/wash-up • Morning updates on baby’s night and suggestions for daytime routines Whether you’re a first-time parent or welcoming another baby, I ensure your nights are restful and your baby’s needs are met with calm, skilled care.

While you rest and recover, I provide both hands-on baby care and gentle household support to help your nights run smoothly and your mornings feel lighter. What’s Included: Newborn Care: • Full overnight care for your baby • Feeding assistance — bottle prep or bringing baby for nursing • Diaper changes, burping, swaddling, and soothing • Sleep conditioning and tracking of baby’s routines • Light nursery organization and bottle cleaning Postpartum Doula Support: • Emotional support and check-ins for parents • Guidance on infant feeding, recovery, and self-care • Light household tasks to create a calm, tidy environment, such as: • Washing bottles/pump parts • Folding baby laundry • Tidying the nursery and common areas • Light meal or snack preparation for nursing parents • Emptying diaper pail and replenishing supplies This service is ideal for families who want comprehensive overnight care — ensuring baby is nurtured, parents are supported, and the home feels balanced and cared for.
