About me
I provide mental health therapy for individuals living in VIRGINIA. You feel overwhelmed, irritable, exhausted. Perhaps you are pregnant or postpartum and struggling with lots of anxiety and some depression and scary thoughts. You might be strugging with infertility or perinatal loss and feeling stuck, sad and confused. You don’t really understand how you are feeling, and the ways you’ve been coping are no longer working to help you feel better. You just want to feel like yourself again. The good news is, I can help. I’ve been Licensed as a Clinical Social worker for 18 years. I specialize in working with mothers in all stages of parenting, from conception to parenting adult children. It’s a stressful time, and difficult even in the best of circumstances. My clients describe me as compassionate, understanding and easy to talk with. My style will help you focus on your strengths, understand yourself better, and explore your patterns. You will also learn to be gentle with yourself as you make the necessary changes to feel better.

Service introduction
Due to the restrictions of my license, I am only able to work with clients who reside in Virginia. I have a fully telehealth counseling practice, serving women and mothers all around Virginia. I accept Aetna and Anthem/BCBS at this time. For insurance that I do not accept, I can issue you a “superbill” to submit for reimbursement, if your plan provides out-of-network coverage. Please contact your insurance company to inquire about out of network reimbursement. I accept all major credit cards through a secure client portal, as well as cards linked to a Health Savings Account (HSA). I have reduced fee slots as well for those with financial need. Please don't let finances hold you back from seeking help. While therapy is an investment that will pay off in positive ways for the rest of your life, I recognize that it can be financially challenging for some to afford. I will work with you to find a way to make therapy affordable. I believe that everyone deserves quality mental health care!
