Hi, I’m Tremaine Wilson. I am a full-spectrum birth & postpartum doula, lactation educator, newborn care specialist, and Phase-2 student midwife serving families across Los Angeles County, Riverside County, and San Bernardino County. My philosophy is rooted in calm, informed, culturally-attuned care. I believe birth is sacred, physiological, and deeply individual. My role is to help families feel safe, educated, and supported, while honoring the emotional, spiritual, and physical layers of pregnancy and postpartum. I integrate evidence-informed practice with intuitive guidance, herbal support, and a grounded presence. I come from a long line of birthworkers, and I’ve spent years supporting families across hospitals, birth centers, and home births. My background in community care, reproductive justice, and newborn wellness shapes the way I show up — with compassion, advocacy, and reverence for each family’s story. I would love to walk alongside you through your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey.

I offer birth doula care, postpartum support, newborn care, lactation education, sleep shaping, placenta encapsulation with ritual options, childbirth preparation, and student midwifery support under supervision. My approach blends evidence-based education, intuitive guidance, herbal and holistic practices, and culturally rooted care to support families through pregnancy, labor, birth, and the early postpartum season.
I had a wonderful experience with Tremaine. Before hiring her I was very nervous and she helped me prepare for labor mentality, emotionally and physically. My hospital birth was great all thanks to her. She really helped me a lot during labor by using aromatherapy, massage, positive affirmation, and guiding me on movements to help me cope with contractions. After labor she continued checking on me and gave me great advice that helped me heal. I recommend Tremaine because she has very caring, helpful and knowledgeable.

We hired Tremaine for nanny care for a period of 6 weeks. I was nervous since I had a bad experience with a previous nanny. Tremaine was a referral from a good friend of mine so that helped a lot. Tremaine was very professional and made me feel at ease. Her nanny care came with doing the child's laundry and dishes as well as helping the mom heal from postpartum. My child was already 9 months old so some of the postpartum physical healing didn't apply to me but she did help me heal emotionally. Tremaine's care was not only for the child but also for the mother. She believes that mothers deserve to rest and heal and have the birthing/mothering experience that they desire. My child had separation anxiety and nap/sleep issues. She would only do contact naps, naps were unpredictable (usually very short), and woke up many times during night sleep. I had postpartum anxiety, depression, and rage. Tremaine is understanding and patient! She validated my feelings, made me feel seen. I had my reservations about sleep training but she helped ease that by explaining to me about the connection I already built with my child. She is very knowledgeable in child development. She would let me know that my child is developing as normal or if I needed to make some adjustments to help support her development. She helped me manage my frustration and helped me get rest so I can be a better mom. She would sing, play, and read with my child and teach her that it is okay when mom is not around. She took her out on walks as part of the routine she created for my child and would share her location with me (even though I didn't ask for it). Tremaine even taught my husband to put my child down for naps and bedtime. She is awesome! She's definitely someone I trust and if I were to have another child, I would hire her as my doula so I could get the full experience from her.
