Our baby due in January 2027, I want to give birth at home or midwife center. I will want to be able to use my insurance and I am ok with extra fee I just want transparency in the cost

Im giving birth at home, around 300 for our budget. I want to do it naturally, deyladed cord clamping, having a water birth. I want someone experienced, someone who is kind and won't rush through my birth

I plan to give birth in my home, and have a water tub available. I do not have a budget. I want my birth to be in my living room, with a warm tub of water available. I want to be able to go into any position I feel is needed. I would like delayed cord clamping, and no vaccines or shots of any sorts after baby is born, and to keep the vernix caseosa on after birth for at least 24 hours. I would like my husband to be there, and possibly my mother, along with a midwife and a doula. I would like some music, and support from everyone in the room. if a medical emergency were to happen, there is a fire station across the street, and hospital is 10-15 minutes away. This is my first pregnancy, and I would love a happy and safe home birth. I am still actively researching.

Plan to give birth in Hospital- Hoping for a VBAC but have had GD in the past and have HTN. Also would like support in the home after birth with caring for myself and child and potentially helping with wholesome meals? Budget? Maybe $10,000?

I just barely found out I am pregnant and want to start making a birth plan and finding a midwife to work with! I love the idea of a natural birth and am excited to meet with people and make a plan.
