I am a perinatal and birth doula, and currently obtaining my certification as a childbirth educator! I am deeply passionate about walking alongside families as they journey through the many transformations of pregnancy and birth. I’m a postpartum doula with 10 years of experience supporting families through the transition into parenthood. I provide hands-on newborn care, overnight support, feeding guidance, and practical education to help parents feel confident and comfortable caring for their baby.

I bring a unique combination of healthcare knowledge and creative skills. With a background in obstetrics, gynecology, and public health, I have a strong understanding of women’s health, pregnancy, and postpartum care. I am also experienced in emotional support, communication, and creating a calm, nurturing environment through art, movement, and music. In addition to my formal experience, I have supported mothers and families during pregnancy and postpartum periods, offering emotional support and guidance. My background in obstetrics and women’s health has given me hands-on exposure to childbirth settings, newborn care, and maternal well-being.

Hello families, my name is Elena I am 28 and a mother of 6 year old twins. They were born at 27 weeks and they needed so much support the first 2 years of life. They are now thriving and I would love to help support your family and give the love and support that I have received. I have worked in a classroom and as an at home nanny since 2023. I am CPR certified, concussion protocol certified, and have units in Child Development. I would love to offer your family the care that you need with a judgement free hands-on approach. On my days off I love to spend time with my family, play softball, read books, and enjoy good music and coffee.
