I am looking for someone who can help with birth plans/prep, postpartum care, and just the overall basic knowledge for the rest of my pregnancy. I am hoping to use insurance, & I will be giving birth at Riverside in Newport News Va. I have a few key points that I want to include in my birth plan such as delayed cord clamping, low lights, epidural, and I do not want to be on my back while pushing. Looking for support with an unmedicated hospital birth

Looking into my options in case I am not needing another C-section. I’m scared of labor and never even had contractions with my first. Would like to try vbac but not sure if this baby will be big like my first so it makes me nervous. I’d like to try unmedicated, natural birth but I’m terrified of it.

I would do it in the hospital but I don’t want it to feel like I’m in the hospital, I don’t want the staff bombarding me and intervening every 5 seconds. I want to do it naturally, in better positions than what the hospital wants me to do… I’m not positive about all of the rest but I just want someone that’s going to vouch for me while I’m vulnerable and I fear my husband is too nice and they will walk all over him… I’m not even sure about an estimated budget but I do know I would need someone who takes tricare to help with the cost!
