I am due on January 11 and plan to deliver at Mount Sinai West in New York City, where I am receiving midwifery care through Oula Health. I'm hoping to find someone who has experience supporting births at Englewood Hospital, has extensive experience as a doula, and is supportive of a medicated birth. It's important to me to work with someone who will respect my birth preferences while providing guidance, advocacy, and evidence-based support throughout the process.

I would love a homebirth but do not have the financials for a midwife. I am currently getting care through Stonybrook, however I want to switch to either NUMC or Huntington if I cannot figure out the homebirth situation. I want a doula IN PERSON regardless for support but more so if I am in the hospital. This is my 3rd pregnancy. My first was an unnecessary C-section. My second was a VBAC that I had to fight for.
