Hi I’m Kia, a full-spectrum doula, newborn care specialist, certified mentor, and Lactation Counselor with a passion for supporting families during their birth and postpartum period. As a proud mother of five, i bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to every family i serve. Over the past four years, I have supported more than 60 families, providing compassionate daytime , overnight and birth support tailored to each family’s unique needs. I also have extensive experience caring for multiples, babies with colic and helping parents navigate the joys and challenges of welcoming more than one baby at a time. Drawing on my evidence-based training and calm, nurturing approach, I empower parents with the knowledge, reassurance, and hands-on support they need to feel confident, well-rested, and cared for as they adjust to life with their newest addition.
