Hello! I am Nina Q. Allen, a certified and registered full-spectrum holistic doula committed to guiding individuals, families, and/or their support networks through the profound womb-wound axis of health and wellness. It is a deep honor to be considered for this beautifully important role in your journey. As your matched doula, I provide physical, emotional, and informational support—whether in-person or virtually—throughout all pregnancy outcomes, incl. the prenatal and postpartum phases. Cont'd. My goal is to ensure you feel grounded, informed, intuitively determined, and valued, with support at whatever pace feels most comfortable for you. Through a 1:1 whole-body approach, I entirely customize your care to your unique desires, intentions, needs, and preferences. Birth & Postpartum Doula packages and pricing
Birth Support ONLY
1. 1:1 Meeting. 1-hour maximum call (via phone and/or video) before birth to collaboratively review and finalize the birth planning phase i.e. preferences. *Please note: Your birth planning and preferences are entirely flexible and can change at any moment without guilt, failure, shame, and/or judgment. I asked that you notify me as soon as possible to update those specifics with copies distributed to not only yourself and I, but to your entire assigned (if consented with permission for transparency purposes re: birth centers and/or institution-based i.e. a hospital) lead clinical and medical care team. 2. Active Birth Support. 8 to 9 hour maximum in-person and/or virtual support session during your laboring phase. 3. Postpartum Visit. 1 Hour maximum after birth for any additional questions and/or concerns. * Not limited to, other requested postpartum essential and necessary care under a thoughtfully responsible doula's capacity levels and limitations re: the overall scope of practice. 4. Bonus. Spiritual (Optional). 30-Minutes to 1-Hour maximum before-during-after birth (via phone and/or video) safe and secure assessment based off of your care i.e. in extended wombscape support. This can range from herbal, nutrition (diet), and lifestyle recommendations incl. any prioritized self-care tools re: womb mapping, birth story remembrance, womb influence timeline in mother's transference, nervous system cleanse and clear, etc.
Add-On Bonus: Prenatal-Postpartum (Spiritual) Support ONLY
1. Spiritual Consultation. 30-Minutes to 1-Hour maximum before-during-after birth (via phone and/or video) safe and secure assessment based off of your care i.e. in extended wombscape support. This can range from herbal, nutrition (diet), and lifestyle recommendations incl. any prioritized self-care tools re: womb mapping, birth story remembrance, womb influence timeline in mother's transference, nervous system cleanse and clear, etc. 2. Optional. An accompanying (with approval and permission—signed and dated from the client's assigned clinical and medical care team esp. under a separate contract shared with the client's primary obstetric care provider and midwife if applicable—i.e. provider and/or specialist, due to it outside a standard doula scope of practice) herbal protocol.—provide crucial safety education and general lifestyle support. An Important Note: Due to the nature of carefully navigating two distinct scopes of practice. Reference educational experience and background in clinical herbal medicine incl. medicine woman blessings for the layered understandings of herb-drug interactions, safety, risks, and side effects.

Full Perinatal Phase/s Support ONLY
1. PT I—1:1 Visit. Defined as the full perinatal phase/s from one's pregnancy up to an estimated year i.e. 12 months after birth. This selection will be open for in-person and/or virtual support, even a combination of the two if that aligns best upon request—depending on availability schedules between a collaborative communication agreement the doula (me) and client. 2. PT II—1:1 Meeting. 1-hour maximum call (via phone and/or video) before birth to collaboratively review and finalize the birth planning phase i.e. preferences. *Please note: Your birth planning and preferences are entirely flexible and can change at any moment without guilt, failure, shame, and/or judgment. Up to 1-Year. 11. Optional. Womb Mapping (Visual Guide) ONLY
*A non-medical/non-clinical visual guide and diagnostic timeline. 1. 1:1 90-minute consultation, a personalized digital and/or physical diagrammatic chart. Beginning-Middle-End. Creating an initial (via phone and/or video call) "wombscape" mapping—but not limited to in a buildable working file copy format the flow of one's birth Earth side remembrance, energies, feelings, physical symptoms, rhythms, hormonal patterns, etc. 2. A continuation of 1:1 deepened look into the womb chambers. 3. Womb Aura. A self-portrait of one's physical and emotional energy state incl. the baby/ies (internally vs. externally) into colorful light therapeutic fields overlaid on a photo copy—current emotional and/or spiritual energies. 4. Optional. A deep compassionate (in-person and/or virtual) and warm presence of the client being wholeheartedly listened to and fully honored, comfort measures, ceremony, prayers, solitude-sweetness, grief support release for miscarriage, stillbirth, termination, and/or infant loss.
