About me

Hi! I am a birth and postpartum doula in the Madison, WI area that supports births in hospital, birth center, and home settings. I truly enjoy getting to know and support new & expecting parents throughout their pregnancy and postpartum journey. Birth can be beautiful & empowering and I aim to support that in my client’s experiences. It’s also important to feel supported not only in labor, but as new parents at home. I am a certified birth doula through DONA international and currently working on certification as a postpartum doula. I am also a Certified Childbirth Educator through Birth Beautifully and a perinatal mental health therapist.

Service introduction

As your doula, I hope help you feel empowered throughout birth, as well as be an advocate for your family. Your emotions and comfort are my top priority and I am always happy to talk through anything weighing on your mind . We meet prenatally to create a birth plan, practice positions & breathing techniques, and discuss any worries or questions you may have. Once labor begins, I provide continuous emotional and physical support, as well as prioritize your birth preferences - no matter how you choose to bring your baby into this world. I provide support throughout the postpartum period to make the transition from hospital to home as smooth as possible. This includes helping with infant care, meal prep, light household cleaning, and providing emotional support to you. I hope to provide your family the space to enjoy this new chapter, while feeling fully supported. My goal as your doula is to listen & learn about what is important to you and to create a more positive birth. Ultimately, I believe birth is a beautiful, natural, and empowering experience! I also offer a free consultation to meet and answer any questions you may have about myself and the services I offer.
