Services Provided As your doula, I offer comprehensive support tailored to your individual needs, including: Prenatal Visits: Birth planning, education on labor stages, comfort techniques, and emotional preparation. Labor & Birth Support: Continuous hands-on support, pain-relief techniques, positioning, advocacy guidance, and creating a calm, safe environment. Postpartum Support: Assistance with newborn care basics, emotional support, healing guidance, and helping you adjust during the first days at home. 24/7 Phone & Text Support: For questions, reassurance, and guidance throughout your pregnancy and early postpartum period. Partner Support: Helping partners feel confident and included with clear guidance and practical tools. Fee Structure Full Birth Doula Package: $950–$1,500 (includes prenatal visits, continuous labor support, and one postpartum visit)
