My name is Franqi Aranda, I plan on having an at home birth. I want to find a midwife or doula that can help me with giving birth and the aftercare, someone who knows how to take care of their patients and knows how to do water births. Budget wise, anyone that takes blue cross blue shield insurance.

I’d like to give birth at home. Budget is roughly $5,000-$10,000. I would like my birthing experience to be as natural as possible with natural pain remedies/support. I want the option for water birth.

At home birth, someone to come over and walk me threw it. Maybe a birthing center but would rather do at home if I am a low risk... someone covered by medicaid or can work with a payment plan.

Looking for queer friendly birthing doula to help advocate in hospital for needs/wants, specifically around gender and sexuality for my wife and I and baby as we are not assigning baby a gender at birth and will be using they/them pronouns for baby.
