Hospital birth and would like someone to assist me in natural birth

Searching for traditional midwife or Doula willing to support my third home birth I am 31 and currently almost 21 weeks with my third. We’re having our first girl! I have had 3 ultrasounds two at a free clinic and one to see babies gender. I’ve been able to hear heartbeat at all of them and baby was measured at the first two. She was measuring ahead at the second ultrasound so they moved my due date to the 15th instead of the 19th. The ultrasound tech at the third did tell me my placenta is anterior. Other than that they haven’t looked at anything beyond that. My first birth was pretty hands off with a midwife in training and Doula. He was born 9 days early. Labor was 6 hours. My second was a wild pregnancy and was born at home with just my boyfriend and I present. He was born 10 days early Labor was only 2.5 hours. I would think I would go anywhere from the 10th of January to the 12th, but this girl could stay in longer too. I am not 100% sure I want someone at our birth yet, but I am wanting to see what is out there. I’m in madison Wisconsin. I am looking for someone who will be mostly hands off, but willing to step in if desired. Looking to spend 2k max, most comfortable around the 1.5k mark.

I would like to give birth at the Sinai birthing center, unmedicated. I have no clue what a doula costs but I’d be willing to pay around $2,000 for the birth. Dr. Forgie is my OB and delivering doctor. She’s the bomb and is very accepting of all plans.

Have had t miscarriage since the past. I am extremely nervous with his pregnancy that it will happen again. I am showing signs of major anxiety about it. It was recommended that I look into a doula. We are having the birth in hospital because I also have POTS and am anemic. I don't know how to start a birth plan or anything. I'm doing this alone I feel like. Doctors don't take me seriously enough. And I'd like to work with my insurance.

I’d like to give birth at home. Budget is roughly $5,000-$10,000. I would like my birthing experience to be as natural as possible with natural pain remedies/support. I want the option for water birth.

In a provider, I would prefer someone with experience in caring for twins as I have twin boys My boys are almost two months old at the moment. They get fed either formula or fortified breast milk every 3 hours and once a day, have a multivitamin added to their meal. Every 2 days they get bathed as they tend to spit up on themselves a lot so I try to keep them as clean as possible. In addition to helping with the twins while I am napping, I could also use some help with cleaning around the house as I am physically disabled and have been struggling keeping up with it since giving birth. Since I would need help around 4 days a week for around 4 hours a day, I have budgeted for $40/hr for this care (a total of $2,560 per month)

This is my first pregnancy and birth, I have many questions and anxieties. My husband wants a hospital birth. I have no estimated budget, again this is my first pregnancy. My birth plan is to not receive any hospital/medical interventions. No IVs, epidurals, inductions, if possible. I want to see what my body is capable of doing.
