I have twin girls that were brought home from the NICU. One is on a low flow rate of oxygen. I’m exclusively pumping to monitor baby’s intake at the request of the pediatrician. I’m struggling managing pumping, twin newborns, and one being on oxygen
I would like to have somebody that would be here overnight so my husband and I can have full nights of uninterrupted sleep. Ideally, I’d like the person to come and be here from 10 pm - 6:00 am. In that time, they would feed the baby, burp, change her, and put her back in her play pen to sleep. I would like somebody who has some experience and is certified in infant CPR. My estimated budget would be $20 an hour.

We are looking for a night nanny / doula that can help sleep train our 5 month old son. He is a very difficult sleeper that has become used to nursing to fall asleep. Sleep regression really started around the 4 month mark and has not gotten any better. Nights currently consist of waking every 2 hours and struggling to go back to sleep. Mom is having an extremely difficult time and needs help as soon as possible. Dad works full time and struggles to assist during the week. This is baby number 5, and we are at a loss. Budget at this point is whatever it takes to get a better sleeping baby.
