Hi I’m Yili. I’d love to help make the transition easier!! I’m a former NICU RN, I’m currently doing my Masters in Psychotherapy. I have my Specialty Nursing certificate in Neonatal care ( this is an extra 3 years of school and training only available to qualified RNs) on top of my RN degree. I have over 9000 hours working with neonates ( nursing shifts rack up loads of hours!). I have experience with everything from Premies, newborn, multiples, special needs, or healthy chubba bubbas 😀!
