Peace starts at birth — and every parent deserves to feel supported, informed, and deeply cared for throughout their journey into parenthood. Hi, I’m Trinity, a birth and postpartum doula passionate about supporting growing families through pregnancy, birth, postpartum recovery, and the emotional transitions that come with becoming a parent. Whether you’re preparing for your first baby, navigating postpartum emotions, struggling with breastfeeding or pumping, adjusting to sleepless nights, or learning how to care for yourself while caring for a newborn, you do not have to go through it alone. I offer a calm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space for parents — especially mothers who may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or unsure in their new role. My goal is to help you feel grounded, empowered, and supported every step of the way. I have experience supporting both medicated and unmedicated births and offer personalized support tailored to your unique goals and needs. For families interested in a natural, low-intervention birth experience, I also offer hypnobirthing guidance, breathing techniques, visualization exercises, and guided meditations to help prepare your mind and body for birth in a peaceful and intentional way. Some of the ways I can support you include: • Birth planning and emotional preparation • Postpartum emotional support and adjustment • Breastfeeding and pumping support • Sleep and newborn routine guidance • Introducing older siblings to a new baby • Couples transitioning into parenthood together • Guided meditation and breathing sessions • Postpartum recovery and gentle core-strengthening support • Healthy meal prep and nurturing household support • Creating calming environments for birth and postpartum recovery • Ongoing encouragement, education, and compassionate care I believe every birth journey deserves gentleness, respect, and support — no matter what path your birth takes. I currently offer a free 15-minute consultation call so we can connect, discuss your needs, and see if we’re a good fit. After that, support sessions are available for $30 per 45-minute session. If you’re looking for someone to walk beside you during this transformative chapter with warmth, patience, and genuine care, I would be honoured to support you. When I realized my original birth plan with a midwife wouldn't be possible, I started to dread labour and birth. I was terrified of an overly medicalized process, losing my autonomy, agreeing to interventions I didn't fully understand, and the potential of lasting birth trauma. Working with Syllona changed everything. My labour and the birth of my son ended up being the most intense, beautiful, and transformative experience of my life, and I credit Syllona with much of this outcome. Her guidance and encouragement leading up to the labour allowed my partner and me to make the exact right decisions for our family. With Syllona’s grounded support, I confidently turned inwards, connected to my body in ways I never had before, and truly believed in my innate ability to give birth. Because of her, I felt empowered to guide my baby into our world, comforting him and letting him know he was safe. Thank you, Syllona, for guiding us and helping us bring our son into this world. I cannot recommend her highly enough to any expecting parents.

I am incredibly grateful to have had Rachel by my side during the birth of my baby girl. From the very beginning, she was so kind, accommodating, and genuine, and she made me feel completely supported and cared for throughout such a deeply personal and transformative experience. What stood out to me most about Rachel is that her care never felt business-minded or transactional. She strongly advocates for women and is truly passionate about her job. She was attentive to my needs, flexible with what I needed in each moment, and always made me feel heard and respected. Her approach is holistic and extends far beyond simply caring for mom and baby — she takes the time to consider the entire family and that personally gave me a great comfort. I feel so fortunate that she was part of such an important chapter in our lives, and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to any family looking for a doula who cares for the whole family with genuine love and intention.

Working with Mak has honestly been one of the best decisions we’ve made during this pregnancy. From the very first consultation, she was so kind, genuine, and informative. She came to my home, sat down with me, walked me through what her role as a doula would look like, answered all my questions, and instantly made me feel comfortable. I never felt pressured or “sold to” at all. If anything, she gave me the information and confidence I needed to make the best decision for myself. What stood out to me most was how empowering she was. She reminded me that I was fully capable of having a beautiful birth experience with or without a doula, which I really respected. In the end, I chose to move forward with her because I could tell her focus was truly on supporting both me and my partner throughout the experience. She also checks in often just to see how I’m doing and how pregnancy is going, and she always congratulates me with each passing week. It may seem small, but it’s been so encouraging and reassuring during this season, especially after 4 previous miscarriages. Our first official appointment together was amazing too. My partner was there and had such a great experience with her as well. She’s very hands-on in such a comforting and supportive way. She guided us through different exercises and learning activities without it ever feeling overwhelming. She brought dolls to teach diaper changing, diapers, a medicine ball, handouts for birth prep, interactive card games around birth preferences and important conversations, and so many other thoughtful tools. You can tell she really knows her stuff and genuinely cares about the families she works with. The heart she brings into her work is really special and has made this experience even more magical than it already always was!

Santaya Stander

Hey my name is Santaya, I am a Birth doula.I work as a pregnancy coach while also being a personal trainer for delivery. I work with families to help them achieve their goals for birth. This means i meet with patients (and families) twice during pregnancy to go over needs and goals for clients birth plans. During my clients pregnancy i visit them every trimester to do a check up. In these visits i go over what to expect within that trimester and answer any of the patients questions. I also track the pregnancy in a book that i give to the patient after delivery. I offer business hours on call support to my clients. This means i will be available from 9 am-5pm for physical support, emotional support and informational support via text or call. I help assist/coach my clients with delivery at the hospital however long that may be.I don't have to do shift change. I am present during labor till a few hours after.I help support clients that decide on natural birth, epidural or C section. Postpartum clients usually feel they no longer need men after a couple hours. Most times this is natural for the family unit to adjust and adapt to normal everyday life. However, I also offer packages for postpartum newborn aftercare where I can assist with breastfeeding and overnight care of the newborn. My passion in life is the celebration of mothers. Working with women and helping women build their families THIER way. Thank you for taking the time to read this. If you feel you are in need of a doula please reach out. I offer 1hr consultations in person for $25 dollars.Or free 15 minute consultation over the phone. You can contact me via email @ taya.prodoula@gmail.com. Joann was such an incredible support to us throughout pregnancy, labour, and postpartum. Our baby is 6 months old now and when I think of his birth, I remember how amazing it was to have Joann there. I had a planned c-section after a very traumatic delivery with my first, so I knew I wanted a doula by my side, but also to support hubby in case he needed it. Throughout pregnancy, Joann was a cheerleader, always there to talk. When our little guy decided he couldn’t wait until his planned c-section date, Joann pivoted and met us as at the hospital as soon as we needed her. She came with her bag of tricks (lol) to help me through labour (a labour I wasn’t anticipating because of the scheduled c-section), which progressed so quickly, and she was so great at ensuring both myself and hubby were supported where and when we needed. She took beautiful pics too and stayed with us until we were settled in our room. The overnight visits were a game changer, too! We love and appreciate Joann, and couldn’t imagine what the experience would have been like without her! I’ve given birth without a doula, and with a doula - having Joann there was the experience any mama deserves when having a baby <3

Morganna Bimm

Morganna Bimm

I’m a caring, calm, and practical family support provider with a diverse professional background in healthcare, childcare, aquatics, first aid, and community work. I spent 12 years working in healthcare with at-risk youth and older adults, and I’m currently completing my Full Spectrum Doula training through Doula School Canada, including postpartum care. I bring that combination of healthcare experience, safety knowledge, and hands-on family support into the way I care for both parents and children. My approach is very individual. I don’t believe there is one “right” way to parent, recover, feed a baby, build a routine, or support a child. I believe in meeting families where they are, listening before assuming, and helping people feel more confident in their own abilities rather than stepping in and trying to take over or “fix” things. Sometimes support means practical help, sometimes it means information or reassurance, and sometimes it means recognizing that someone is exhausted and needs a meal, a shower, a few uninterrupted hours of sleep, or simply another capable adult in the room. With children, I’m calm, creative, and very hands-on. I encourage age-appropriate independence, I’m patient about mistakes, happy to answer approximately nine million questions, and generally not bothered by a little mud, paint, flour, or chaos along the way. I also have extensive experience supporting neurodivergent children and youth and take an individualized, trauma-informed approach to communication, routines, sensory needs, and emotional regulation. Ultimately, I want the families I support to feel safe, respected, listened to, and more confident — not judged or managed. I bring a lot of professional knowledge into a home, but I never forget that it is your family, your values, and your life. My role is to support you in it.

I have worked with Gopika during my first homebirth. She was the perfect holistic postpartum guide and was fortunate to take her reiki, postpartum massage and counseling. What sets her apart is her ability to clearly see where the struggles stem from and how everything is connected. She is highly educated in women nervous system and work with the body as a whole. Highly recommend to anyone who needs prenatal and postpartum support.

October 2026

Jody's presence, during my deliver, brought such a sense of calm and reassurance. She was kind, accommodating, genuine, and incredibly supportive. One thing I will always remember is how Jody constantly reminded me to come back to my breathing when I would get completely zoned out from the intensity of the contractions. In those moments when the pain felt overwhelming and I found myself losing focus, her gentle reminders helped ground me and bring me back to myself. She knew exactly when to step in and what I needed without ever making me feel pressured. Jody is incredibly knowledgeable, but what makes her truly special is the serene and calm presence she brings into the room. Even during the turbulence and intensity of delivery, she remained steady, reassuring, and composed. Her calm energy was something I could lean on when everything around me felt overwhelming. I absolutely recommend Jody to any family looking for a doula who brings not only knowledge and experience, but also warmth, calm, and genuine heart to her care of not just the mom and baby but the entire family.
