I am planning on giving birth at Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach. This will be my first pregnancy so I’m uncertain about what to do, I haven’t created a birth plan yet. I would like an experienced doula to assist navigating me through my pregnancy and after.

During labor, I’m looking for someone calm and supportive who can help me advocate for myself, ask questions, and help me process decisions without pressure unless medically necessary.
