Hello! My name is Zadah, I’m a mother of 2 from a small town in North Carolina. I’ve worked in healthcare for most of my adult life and I’ve noticed that as women, especially women of color, LGBTQIA+, and those of certain social status tend to be at higher risk of adverse birth experiences. We need advocates and other women to help support our path to better care. Did you know that 1 in 4 women experience symptoms of postpartum depression? They say it takes a village, but what about the women who don’t have a support system? I want to extend a hand and be the change that we as mothers deserve.

What to expect

I am currently offering fertility coaching, holistic wellness and postpartum support. After I obtain my CPR/First aid cert and NPI, I will begin offering birth doula services and accepting insurance. Thank you so much for your understanding.
