My professional training as a Certified Lactation Counselor, Birth, and Postpartum Doula has allowed me to focus on my caregiving skills and love for helping families make smooth transitions through such a new time in their life. As a woman of color, I know how important it is to feel seen and heard instead of being considered just another number. When we work together, I can assure you that you will receive the care and attention that your family deserves. This is the time to be nurtured and tended to instead of stressing about reading the right books or if you’re feeding your baby too much/too little. I’m your guide to assist with anything from creating a birth plan to meal prepping for your family during early postpartum.
