About me

Hi! My name is Adriana Rodriguez and I am a dedicated doula who provides caring and respectful support to families throughout pregnancy, labor, and the early postpartum period. With over ten years of experience building trusting and supportive relationships within the community, my strengths include connecting with people from diverse backgrounds and personalities, always approaching each family’s unique needs with care and proactive attention. My mission is to help mothers and their loved ones feel informed, empowered, and fully supported during one of life’s most meaningful transitions. I offer comprehensive care including emotional and physical support during labor, effective pain management techniques, breastfeeding and infant care guidance, practical household assistance, and connections to community resources for new parents. I am a DONA Certified birth Doula and am certified in infant CPR and first aid. I am also bilingual in Spanish and English, who provides warm and accessible care to families from all walks of life. Service introduction

The Helping Hand Doula accepts most Healthcare Insurances, but should you need it I offer 2 different packages that fits any budget, along with a payment plan option for birth Doula services. I require a $500 upfront deposit when you book my services, and complete payment by 37 weeks. You are welcome to break the payments up to meet your needs, as long as full payment is made by 37 weeks. The initial deposit must be made using Zelle.

Birth doula package requires a 50% non-refundable retainer due at contract signing with remaining balance due at 36 weeks. Birth Support includes: Prenatal Support Two In-Person Prenatal Sessions Unlimited text support through pregnancy Pregnancy & birth preparation Labor & Postpartum Support 24 hour on-call availability starting at 38 weeks Continuous physical, emotional, & informational support 1 hour after birth to help establish feeding & bonding Two in-home visits to discuss birth & offer support where needed

Holding Hand Doula Package
Don’t let your budget or timing prevent you from having the birth you desire. Ideal for last minute “my due date is around the corner!” clients. Service includes 1 prenatal visit, 24/7 on-call services starting from 38 weeks, continuous support during labor and birth, 1 hour postpartum support directly after birth, 1 virtual postpartum visit within 4 weeks of birth.
