Learning a new skill is meant to be a natural, joyful experience and children thrive when the process of discovery is lovingly enouraged and gently reinforced. When helping you teach your child a new sleep habit or skill, I provide guidance and tools that are customized to your son or daughter's own pace, developmental age and temperament. I use a parent-present approach that strengthens attachment and minimizes crying.

Sleep is crucial for the young mind's cognitive performance and motor skill development. My goal is to help your child achieve proper physical and mental development by improving his or her sleep.
