About me

Hi there! My name is Alexis and I’m your friendly, reading obsessed, coffee crazed, birth nerd doula. I trained with DONA International and will be certified with them this summer (2024). My degree is in human biology, so you can be sure that I love evidence based practices and that I find the human body astounding in its ability to birth. In my spare time, I love being with my family, reading, knitting, and baking. Doulas are for every birth, and I can’t wait to connect with you in this beautiful season of life!

Service introduction

I offer a birth package that includes 2 prenatal visits that acquaint us with one another, discuss your birth philosophy, and basic education about doula support and prepare for your birth. This package also offers text/phone support throughout your pregnancy, continuous labor support up to 2 hours after the birth, and 1 postpartum visit.
