EBB Childbirth Class

Evidence Based Birth® believes that every person has their own unique path. Instead of focusing on medicated vs. unmedicated birth, we focus on giving you tools and helping you learn the evidence, so that you can be empowered to make your own decisions! At the end of this class, my goal is that you have the ability to communicate your goals and expectations for your birth experience to the collaborative team working to support you. Being heard, respected and empowered in your choices. When you take the Evidence Based Birth® Childbirth Class, you will get: Mentorship from Ali Buchanan, experienced EBB Instructor Five weeks of online video and document access 4 weekly Zoom discussions with your EBB Instructor and fellow family classmates 3 months of access to online content for review and practice BONUS: Breastfeeding and newborn care videos

What to expect

I am a full spectrum doula and childbirth educator focusing on evidence-based and trauma-informed care. I am an Evidence Based Birth® instructor and teach both the Savvy birth classes and the full 6 week Childbirth Class curriculum. I also teach a postpartum planning curriculum that focuses on physical, emotional, and mental recovery covering the first 6 weeks with baby.
