Hi! I’m Ana, a certified Birth and Postpartum Doula based in London, Ontario. I support families during the early days of parenthood with calm, compassionate, and personalized care. As a bilingual doula (English & Portuguese), I create a nurturing space where parents feel supported, confident, and empowered in their new roles. Duration: 5 hours/day, 3 days (15h total)

Extra support

24‑Hour Support Duration: 5 hours/day for 3 days + 2 overnight stays (8h/night) Includes: Support with breastfeeding and baby feeding Diapering and baby hygiene Emotional support for the mother Helping mom rest and recover overnight support (staying in the home to help mom and baby through the night) Ideal for: families who want both day and night support

What to expect

I am a postpartum doula, providing personalized support for families in the first days and weeks after a baby’s arrival. I offer both day and night services, staying in the family’s home to assist with the mother’s rest, breastfeeding, baby care, and emotional support. My goal is to provide comfort, reassurance, and practical help, making the postpartum period smoother and more peaceful

Ana was my doula during my home delivery and she was a key piece. She kept me calm, she reminded me of my strength, she made she that my delivery happened the exact way I wanted too. After that she was my postpartum doula, helping me with my newborn. I used her service 3 times and it was the best. She took care of the baby, of me and made some work deliveries possible. She is so calm and gentle that both my kids loves her.
