About me

I’m Andy Perez, a Full Spectrum Doula, Postpartum Doula, Newborn Care Specialist, and Certified Breastfeeding Counselor dedicated to providing compassionate, culturally responsive support throughout pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and the newborn period. With over 15 years of experience supporting babies and families, my approach combines evidence-based education with nurturing, individualized care. I have extensive experience supporting families through labor and birth, postpartum recovery, newborn care, infant feeding, overnight support, and the transition into parenthood. As a bilingual English- and Spanish-speaking doula, I’m especially passionate about supporting immigrant and Spanish-speaking families and helping clients feel informed, respected, and confident when navigating the healthcare system. My full-spectrum approach recognizes that every family, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience is different. Whether I’m providing hands-on labor support, breastfeeding guidance, newborn education, overnight care, or simply creating a calm and reassuring presence, my goal is to ensure families feel heard, supported, empowered, and cared for every step of the way.
