About Angela

Angela is a postpartum doula, perinatal and kids yoga instructor. Angela has always been interested in women’s wellness and support and became very interested in postpartum doula work after giving birth to both of her children 2000 miles away from her extended family. Her goal is to help mothers find their confidence and create systems to help them continue to build trust in themselves as mothers. Originally from Canada, Angela moved to Colorado in 2017. When not working, Angela loves to be outdoors with her family especially hiking, mountain biking and skiing. She also fancies herself a pretty good home chef!

Premium - 20 hours

This package allows you to have support over 1 months with continuity of care to help you and your family transition on this new adventure.

Elite - 40 hours

This package allows you to have support over 2 months with continuity of care to help you and your family transition on this new adventure.

$1,400 USD · Flat rate

Delux - 80 hours

This package allows you to have support over 3 months with continuity of care to help you and your family transition on this new adventure.

What to expect

As a postpartum doula I am a supportive advisor and helper; professionally trained to provide postpartum support to the mother and her family. I work with each family individually to find out their particular needs. Some of my postpartum services that a doula may perform include: Breastfeeding support, Help with the emotional and physical recovery after birth, Light housekeeping so that mom does not feel so overwhelmed, Running errands related to postpartum support, Assistance with newborn care such as diapering, bathing, feeding, and comforting, Light meal preparation, Baby soothing techniques, Sibling care and Referrals to local resources such as but not limited to parenting classes, pediatricians, lactation support, and other parenting support group.

I can’t thank Angela enough for the post-partum support she gave to me directly following the birth of my daughter. As soon as I came home from the hospital she was ready to help, from setting me up in my living room with a comfortable breastfeeding station, to answering all my questions about caring for my newborn. As a first time mom it was so comforting having someone like Angela come into my home and care not only for my baby but for me also. It’s very obvious when you meet her that she is genuinely passionate about helping moms & babies!
