2 prenatal appointments to talk about your goals and birth preferences, 6 week Evidence Based Birth®️Childbirth Class to dive deep into advocacy, communication skills, comfort measures and more; on-call support starting at 37 weeks, unlimited text/call/online support, 1 postpartum visit
Everything mentioned in the birth package + 8 (4 hour) daytime postpartum shifts - YOU CAN ADD ON MORE POSTPARTUM HOURS AND/OR OVERNIGHT SUPPORT AS NEEDED AT AN ADDITIONAL COST (COST VARIES DEPENDING ON YOUR NEEDS AND SPECIFIC AGREEMENT, STARTS AT $35/HOUR)

In my role as a newborn care specialist I focus on supporting you become or feel more confident as a parent/mother! I help establish good routines and healthy eating and sleeping habits. Newborns don't come with instructions and while my goal is not to provide you with said instructions, it is to help ease your transition into motherhood/parenthood as much as possible and feel confident in caring for your baby! (OVERNIGHT SUPPORT: $45/HOUR + $30 TRAVEL FEE IF YOU ARE FURTHER THAN 30 MILES FROM DEERFIELD, MA)
You can choose between having your placenta encapsulated + placenta art, just encapsulation OR just art... Or art and a ceremony! :) Prices vary depending on needs/distance but start at $250 and this includes the encapsulation process if desired! :)
This is a 6 week online, in person or hybrid class. In this class, we focus on comfort, evidence and advocacy!
