she had a lip and tongue tied recently released, and will no longer stay latched

My newborn was tongue tied and after getting it clipped won’t latch anymore. I have Medicaid.

I am looking for midwife support/care as I am nearing the end of my pregnancy and someone that can help with postpartum care/support.

I need guidance with cracked and bruised nipples. My son has oral ties and his latch has gotten much better, but we are going to therapy for his oral issues starting next week. My left breast is fine, but my right is constantly aching.

I’m nursing when I’m with my baby but when I’m at work I pump. When I nurse he’s satisfied and not hungry anymore, however when I pump I can make enough to make him bottles.

I am 3 mos pp and have a very low supply and need to supplement. I would like to have help to up my supply as much as possible. Recently my baby has started refusing to latch but will still take a bottle. It looks like there are teeth coming in one on top and two below and also looks like a molar in the back right. I looked up what it could be since he is only 3 months and it said that it is most likely Epstein pearls. I’m at a complete loss of what to do I feel like I have exhausted all options.

I am having pain with latch even though the latch looks good. I had really bad nipple damage first few days postpartum which I’m letting heal with just pumping. I’ve been using a nipple shield and I still have pain. I have been exclusively pumping and feeding baby that way, but I would really like to just breast-feed. I tried to latch here and there with the shield and it still hurts.

I am wanting to re-establish breastfeeding with my five week old.
