About Ashley

Hello Families! I am a full spectrum perinatal care worker specializing in lactation and postpartum doula support. I am certified as a lactation counselor from UCSD and a DONA trained Doula. I believe in providing evidence based care while integrating holistic methods that have been passed down between women for generations. I began working with women and children in 2011 as the Executive Director of The Live Well Project. From there I took my passion abroad and lived in Nepal for 6 months working with local families and learning first hand how they supported birthing mothers. In 2020 I decided to formalize my training in Lactation and then Doula work. I am a San Diego native and have two children of my own (plus a fur baby!) I would love the opportunity to connect and see how I can support you in your parenthood journey!

Birth and postpartum Support

This package include a prenatal visit to assess needs, review nursery and supplies. Birth doula support and 4 daytime postpartum visits including lactation support.

Postpartum Doula Support

This package include a prenatal visit to assess needs, review nursery and supplies. From there we can build a package of hours based on the support you need.

$50 USD · Per hour

Infant education Virtual Consultation

The ultimate package for new parents who just want foundational support before baby arrives. This consultation will cover (can be customized based on needs) Diapering Bottle feeding Breastfeeding Pumping Nursery must haves Swaddling Bathing
