About me

Hello Families! I am a full spectrum perinatal care worker specializing in lactation and postpartum doula support. I am certified as a lactation counselor from UCSD and a DONA trained Doula. I believe in providing evidence based care while integrating holistic methods that have been passed down between women for generations. I began working with women and children in 2011 as the Executive Director of The Live Well Project. From there I took my passion abroad and lived in Nepal for 6 months working with local families and learning first hand how they supported birthing mothers. In 2020 I decided to formalize my training in Lactation and then Doula work. I am a San Diego native and have two children of my own (plus a fur baby!) I would love the opportunity to connect and see how I can support you in your parenthood journey!
