I have a special passion for helping parents feel informed, prepared, supported, and confident in their choices. With a background in nursing and a strong heart for advocacy, I bring a calm, knowledgeable, and nonjudgmental approach to every family I work with. Postpartum support

Postpartum support varies based on family need. Packages can be for once a week all the way up to five days/nights per week. Prices vary based on what you choose.

$30 USD · Per hour

What to expect

While my main focus is support during home birth, I also support during hospital birth, or anything in between. My goal is to meet you where you are and provide the support you need throughout your journey. In addition to birth support, I offer postpartum support to help make those early days a little easier. Whether you need time to catch up on sleep, take care of things around the house, spend time with your other children, run an errand, or simply have a few moments to yourself, I’m there to support you while you adjust.

Every family’s needs are different. I can provide newborn care, help with feeding and soothing, assist with light household tasks related to your recovery, help with older siblings, and give you time to shower, sleep, eat, run an errand, or simply have a moment to yourself.

I provide continuous emotional and physical support, comfort measures, positioning suggestions, encouragement, partner support, and evidence-based information throughout labor and birth.
