About me

I was born & raised in Georgia. I have a husband and we have 3 kids. After having three different labor, deliver & postpartum experiences, women's health has become my passion, more & more. I love all things from pregnancy, to postpartum and can't wait to help you adjust to life in the 4th trimester. It's not always easy and I am here to help. I want my clients to know that I don't want you to clean before I come, or fix your hair. I expect that you're in cozy clothes and there may be a mess in your home. You're a new parent and it's exhausting! That's what I'm here for. :) I am currently only offering postpartum services, due to not being able to be on-call 24-7, but will be offering more services in the future.

At Here for You - Doula Services, I recognize that the baby isn’t the only important person in the home. YOUR physical & mental health matters too and I want to create a safe space for you and make sure you feel supported and cared for; whether it’s by listening to your birth story and helping you process it, breast/bottle feeding tips, caring for the baby, while you care for yourself, light house cleaning and setting up your space to be more functional.
