Hi! I'm so glad you're here. I'm Aubrey - a mom of two wild boys, a lover of 80s dance workouts, and a DONA trained birth doula. I am passionate about helping mothers feel positive and in control of their birth experience.

One-hour, online video consultation to formulate a custom birth plan, answer all of your birth questions, and educate you on the stages of labor, along with techniques for pain management and relaxation

What to expect

I offer emotional, physical, and educational support throughout pregnancy, during labor and delivery, and for two weeks postpartum. To accomplish this, I provide childbirth education, numerous birth resources, and hypnobirth coaching. During labor, I utilize visualization, massage, lighting, music, cold/heat therapy, and positive affirmations to create the most peaceful birth experience possible. Working with Aubrey was incredible. I was so hesitant about hiring a doula and having someone new present at my birth, but Aubrey spent plenty of time getting to know me prior to birth. And her presence is so warm I felt completely comfortable with her there. I was so grateful for her knowledge and guidance during my birth, I felt so assured and taken care of, I trusted her wholeheartedly. Working with Aubrey was amazing and and empowering.
