Planning to give birth in a hospital. Looking for someone who takes insurance or payment plans. Second birth and am aiming to birth unmediated.
I am located in Amador County and am hoping to have a home birth. I have Anthem Blue Cross Medi-Cal and would prefer a midwife who accepts my insurance or offers flexible payment plans or superbills for reimbursement. I am early in pregnancy and looking for full prenatal, birth, and postpartum care. I am hoping for a low-intervention, natural birth experience at home with a supportive and experienced midwife who is comfortable with hands-off care when appropriate but also prioritizes safety for me and my baby. My budget is limited, so I am open to discussing payment options and ways to combine insurance-covered services with out-of-pocket care. I am also open to guidance on how to navigate insurance for coverage.
My budget? Preferably bellow $5k. I plan to give birth at home. It’s my first pregnancy and I don’t know much else.
I have medical so whatever I can get covered for I don’t really have a plan yet I want to deliver in woodland this time though
