Audrey was an incredible birth assistant (and soon to be midwife!), this was by far the best birth experience of my three children. After having two hospital births, I truly felt the difference with her support. Audrey was so attentive and always there whenever I needed someone to talk to, she made me feel like a sister, not just a client. Her presence and encouragement are things I will never forget. She was knowledgeable, calm, and clearly knew exactly what she was doing. Audrey even helped catch and weigh my baby, and she maintained such a positive, reassuring attitude the entire time. One thing I really appreciated was how she took the time to explain the health of my placenta, what some call the “birthing tree.” She broke everything down in a way that helped me understand my body and the birth process so much more. Her care didn’t stop after delivery either. She checked on me postpartum and made sure I was doing well, which meant so much during such a vulnerable time. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better birthing team. Let me start by saying five stars is just not enough. Audrey is a very special birth assistant that I was lucky to have. Her energy alone is comforting, reassuring, and supportive. She helped me feel safe and gave me the most empowering vibes while in labor. She isn't just your typical birth assistant. She is present and available through it all and has incredible knowledge of herbs. I'm someone who tries to keep things very holistic, and she had solutions for all my worries. I wholeheartedly believe my labor and delivery wouldn't have even been close to the same without her. She's professional and personal, and I really felt as if we had become family. Audrey was our birth assistant during the recent birth of our second child in Sept 2025. Throughout both of my birth experiences with her, I felt as though I had a true teammate that cared about me mind, body, and baby. Giving birth can be simultaneously the most scary and beautiful experience a woman can go through in her life. That’s why it was so important for me to share my space with individuals who were knowledgeable, and made me feel safe while at the same time respected. Audrey did just that. I had the absolute privilege of having Audrey serve as the birth assistant for my home birth, and I cannot recommend her enough.
