My mission is to inspire, empower, and support families during one of the most transformative seasons of their lives. I believe that every woman deserves access to quality care, education, and emotional support. As a certified Birth & Holistic Postpartum Doula, my passion for supporting families through pregnancy, childbirth & postpartum is evident in the personalized care I provide. My calm personality, resourcefulness, thirst for gaining & sharing knowledge & passionate dedication to my clients' well-being make me a great partner for expectant families. Whether it’s offering an herbal remedy, sending pdfs, demonstrating comfort measures for labor, or having a heart-to-heart about the more vulnerable things, I am here to hold space for you. I provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support during your pregnancy, labor, and postpartum period.

Service introduction

I am a full spectrum Doula meaning that I provide support prenatal throughout your labor and birth and in the postpartum. I also provide support for natural healing methods and relaxation techniques. I accept major insurance and Medi-Cal, but I also work with families on the sliding scale to provide support for out-of-pocket clients. This means that I take into consideration, each family‘s ability to pay.
