Virtual nutrition counseling for pregnancy, postpartum and beyond. We’ll schedule your sessions based on your specific needs. It may look like two visits earlier in pregnancy to manage symptoms and to find practical solutions to healthy eating. Another session after your blood sugar tests ~27 weeks. And a postpartum planning session at week ~34 where we can fill you a virtual grocery cart that you can save to hit “order” on your way home from labor and delivery. After you are home we’ll do a virtual check in so I can support you in how to take care of YOU while you navigate the challenges of new baby. We will continue to check in as you adjust to your new normal and if you are returning to work we will have a few sessions before and after so I can help you with the adjustment. In a nutshell, I will be part of your village!
