Service introduction
I offer concierge type services you only pay for what you need. Birth doula services are $1200. Prenatal visits are $125/per. Postpartum visits are $125/per for the first two visits. I offer hourly postpartum visits after that at 30/hr. I offer two different options for childbirth education: an 8 hour marathon course for $350 or a 6 week series for $300. Babywearing education at $120/consult. Cloth diapering education $50/consult

Postpartum Visits
These visits occur within the first 6 weeks after birth. They are usually between 2-4 hours depending on your needs. We will discuss the your birth and the experience you had. If any trauma exists we will discuss what happened and how to move forward. We will go over your healing and comfort level. Baby’s nutrition, sleeping habits and bowel movements. Your sleep and nutrition habits. Meal planning/prep, light cleaning and feeding support.

8 hr marathon Course
This 8 hr course can be done in the comfort of your home or at my teaching space. This is great for people who have a difficult schedule or little time until their estimated due date.

This is an evidence based partner support series. It can take place virtually, in home, or classroom.

Birth Doula
Constant emotional and physical support for you and your partner. I will offer my knowledge of comfort techniques and coping mechanisms. Helping to establish communication between everyone. Help the birthing person find the most compatible labor and birthing position while keeping optimal positioning. I will stay in attendance for 24 hrs if a back up is needed at that time one will be called at my discretion. If you’re close to complete or pushing I will stay but an extra fee may be incurred.

Prenatal Visits
During these prenatal visits we will discuss birth wishes, expectations and roles. We can discuss/develop a birth plan, help with organization needs, meal prep/freezer meals. Discuss fears, wants, needs and wishes. Discuss partners needs, wants and participation level.
