Birth Basics Class

Join us for a Birth Basics Class located at the Journey Midwifery Services office in Chattanooga! This class is a 4.5 hour class taught by Bethany Roberts, a local birth doula with Birth Chattanooga. It covers 4 main topics: Informed Decision Making The Labor Process Coping & Comfort Measures / Labor Positions Pushing & Birth Great for first time or VBAC Moms, & as a refresher for any couple! What to expect

I offer support through pregnancy, labor, birth and postpartum. My passion is to provide evidence-based information for Mothers to make decisions based on their own personal desires, and to provide emotional and physical support as well during labor and birth. While I do not accept insurance, I do have a npi number and ein number that can make coverage easier to obtain through insurance.
