For over a decade I have had the honor of supporting over 160 individuals and families during their life changing journey into parenthood. It brings me so much joy to help provide people with the education, information and support they need. I provide prenatal, birth and postpartum support to individuals and families in the greater Spokane & Coeur d 'Alene area. I hope to provide a safe space for people to build confidence and develop new skills to help them in their new journey ahead.
