Basic Birth Doula

•Free initial consultation/interview. • 2 prenatal visit to discuss goals/options and prepare for birth. •Telephone, text, and email support throughout pregnancy. •On-call 24/7 from 37 weeks until the birth of your baby. •Continuous labor support. •Postpartum support for 1-2 hours following the birth. •1 postpartum in-home visit.

During labor, I provide continuous, compassionate support to help you feel empowered and confident. After birth, I offer postpartum care to ensure you are supported as you adjust to life with your newborn. With a focus on informed decision-making, I provide a friendly and nurturing presence to guide you every step of the way.
