About me

Hi there! I’m Britt :) I am birth and postpartum doula, prenatal yoga & trauma informed yoga instructor. But before all of that (and most importantly) I am a mama to two incredible sons. My path into birthwork has absolutely been spirit-led and something that I feel so passionately about. Both my personal postpartum experiences and simply my desire to help others has led me here- to really create the kind of support I wish I’d had. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally aware, and centered around helping you feel safe in your body and confident in your voice. I am trained in the Spinning Babies approach and am currently in the Body Ready Method training. I look forward to the opportunity to support you!

Service introduction

I offer full-spectrum doula support including three prenatal visits, continuous labor support, two postpartum visits, and text support through six weeks. My care is trauma-informed, culturally aware, and rooted in nervous system wellness. Each offering is tailored to support you emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Add-ons such as prenatal yoga and somatic movement are available to deepen preparation and recovery. Sliding scale is available for BIPOC and underserved communities.
