Hi there. My name is Cailee, and I'm a trained full-spectrum doula offering support through fertility, birth, and postpartum. I've had the honor of aiding in births personally along with assisting through TTC, and postpartum. l'm also a mother of two-both born via C-section. I often reflect on how different my experiences might have been if I had the kind of support I now offer: someone to help carry the emotional and mental weight of labor, to advocate, hold space, and create calm. That's why I'm here-to help you feel comforted, informed, strong and free in your birth experience; whatever that may look like. Whether your birth is vaginal or cesarean, medicated or unmedicated, at home or in the hospital—I support ALL kinds of births with compassion and care. Basic birth package

•Two prenatal visits (1.5 hours each) •In-person or virtual ○Discuss birth preference, comfort, techniques, and partner support ○Help creating a personalized birth plan Text/call support throughout pregnancy ○Emotional reassurance and labor prep guidance as needed •On-call 24/7 from week 38 until birth (this is dependent on client) •Continuous in person labor support at home and hospital ○Hands-on comfort measures: massage, counterpressure, position changes, breathwork ○Advocacy support in communication with your care team •Two postpartum visits (1.5 hours each) ○First visit within the first 1-2 weeks after birth (1-1.5 hours) ○Second visit when client prefers up to 6 weeks

Everything in starter package, plus; ●Birth plan creation session ○Dedicated session to walk through birth preferences ○Tips on advocating for your choices in hospital, birth center, or home birth ○Education on common interventions and options ●One additional prenatal visit (1.5 hours each) - three total; in person or virtual ○Additional time for hands-on comfort measures practice, birth plan refinement, and partner coaching ●One additional postpartum visits (1.5 hours each) - three total ○Available 6 week post birth ○Light lactation support, emotional processing, newborn care tips ●Lactation support visit (if preferred- can trade out for extra postpartum visit) ●Extended text/call support ○From contract signing through 6 weeks postpartum ○Weekly check-ins and flexible contact for reassurance, questions, or celebration!
