About me

I am a compassionate Birth and Postpartum Doula serving families throughout Lake County since 2022. I combine evidence-based knowledge with an intuitive, nurturing approach to provide personalized support during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. My training as a Birth Doula, Postpartum Doula, Perinatal Nutrition Educator, and Breastfeeding Counselor allows me to support a wide range of needs, helping families feel informed, empowered, and confident as they welcome their baby. I provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support—from birth planning and comfort during labor to postpartum recovery and breastfeeding guidance. I am committed to ongoing education and creating inclusive, affirming spaces for all families. As a mother of two, I understand the importance of having a supportive village, and I strive to bring warmth, encouragement, and professionalism to every family I serve.

Service introduction

I provide compassionate postpartum support to help families adjust during the early weeks after birth. Overnight care is available up to three nights per week (excluding my Home from the Hospital package). I assist with newborn care, including feeding support, diapering, soothing, and sleep routines. I also handle light baby-related tasks such as bottle washing, pump cleaning, and baby laundry. My goal is to support rest, recovery, and confidence through practical help and emotional support.
